The Sprinkler Guys LLC

The Sprinkler Guys LLC is a family business that we started in 2005 in Waukesha, WI. Josh and Lynda had many years of knowledge form running an irrigation company in the past. Bring along Amy and Jeff to round out our finely tuned company. The family being the main part of our staff, but we do bring in other labor during the summer. Since we are all family we work very well together, with a great ability to communicate with each other, making your irrigation install or service work go smoothly.

Josh Bacon, President, studied Psychology at Carroll College, graduating in 2004. He started working in the irrigation industry in his early teen years, where he first worked on a crew, then became a foreman, followed by a service tech. After working in banking for a few years he found that he needed to do something else. That is when the research started and shortly after The Sprinkler Guys was started.

Lynda Petlak, Director of Sales, has been a long time florist, and saleswoman in the irrigation industry for over 26 years.  Lynda has a great love for what she does and makes sure to become friends with most of our customers. She started a new floral business Blooming Perfection. Lynda has been a key figure in The Sprinkler Guys since it was started

Amy Heischberg, Office Manger, studied early education at Carroll College. Amy started working for us just after high school doing our office work. Amy then took on the job of running everything in our office. Amy is currently working on becoming certified as a pharmacy tech. with plans to see about pharmacy school.

Jeff Heischberg, Service Manager, studied criminal justice at Gateway Technical College. Jeff started working for us after high school as a laborer on our crew. After a few years of hard work he was promoted to Service Manager, although he still helps on our install crew. Jeff has plans to go back to college and finish his degree.

At The Sprinkler Guys, we strive to keep the highest customer service standards. We offer a one day installation, rain gauge on every job, 7 year warranty, Our Freedom Package, a complete rain bird system, we pull all the permits, send our plumber, call diggers hotline. This is all in an effort to make your irrigation installation as easy on you as possible. After your system is installed, our service department is run by knowledgeable staff that will solve your problem as fast as possible. With the new freedom package you may not even have to be home for us to do all of your service.
